Description
At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 275 km East of General Santos City (6.1°N, 127.6°E). Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon.
Eastern Visayas is experiencing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by Shear Line / LPA. Impact of possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are expected.
Affected barangays are Poblacion 8, Coticot, Gigoso, and San isidro in Giporlos, Eastern Samar
