Description
According to reports from the Cao Bang Provincial Department of Water Resources and the Thai Nguyen Provincial Department of Irrigation, the storm on August 12th caused damage to 78 houses (47 in Cao Bang and 31 in Thai Nguyen), with roofs blown off; one cultural center (Cao Bang); 22 livestock barns (Thai Nguyen); and 2 hectares of forestry trees (Thai Nguyen).
Immediately after the natural disaster occurred, local authorities mobilized forces to assist people in overcoming the consequences.
